    Dips: Chive Egg Dip

    Food Mixes and Do Ahead Meals

    List of Ingredients

    2 packages cream cheese, softened (3 oz. each)
    1/4 cup milk
    2 T. mayonnaise
    1 t. prepared mustard
    1 t. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 t. salt
    Dash pepper
    2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
    1/4 cup minced chives
    Sweet pepper pieces or assorted crackers

    Recipe

    IN a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in
    milk and mayonnaise until blended. Add the mustard, Worcestershire, salt and
    pepper. Stir in eggs and chives; mix well. Serve with peppers or crackers.
    Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 1 1/2 cups
