Meats: Cocktail Meatballs

List of Ingredients
2 cups fresh bread cubes
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon accent
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Recipe
Soak bread in milk and squeeze dry. Mix together ground beef, water,
chestnuts, onion pwder, soy sauce, tabasco sauce, accent, garlic salt. Form
mixture into small balls and brown on cookie sheet in oven. Drain off excess
fat. Add meatballs to sauce and serve in chafing dish.
Makes approximately 100 small balls.
Sauce:
2 cups brown sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 cup wine vinegar
1 cup water
Combine all sauce ingredients in saucepan and simmer until sugar is
dissolved. Add meatballs to sauce and serve in chafing dish.
