1 pkg wonton skins
8 ozs cream cheese
4 ozs imitation crab meat
1 clove garlic, minced
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp soy sauce
dash red pepper
4 cups oil
Recipe
Combine cream cheese, crab, onion, garlic and spices together. Center
1 teaspoon of this mixture on a wonton skin. Fold wonton into a
triangle, moisten edges with water or oil, and seal. Heat 3-4 cups of
oil in a wok to 350 degrees. Deep fry until golden brown, about 3-4
minutes.
