Dips: Creamy Crab Dip

1 package cream cheese (8-oz.) -- room temperature
2 tablespoons dry white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic -- minced or pressed
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup green onions (including tops) -- thinly sliced
1/2 pound crabmeat
Salt and pepper
Recipe
Beat cream cheese, wine, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, and Worcestershire
until blended. Stir in onions and crab. Season to taste with salt and
pepper.
If made ahead, cover and refrigerate until next day.
