    Dips: Mexican Cheese Dip

    List of Ingredients

    2 lbs. of Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 lbs. of ground beef
    2 large onions, minced
    1 can of tomatoes and green chilies

    Recipe

    Melt the cheese. Cook the ground beef and onions together
    and drain well. Add the beef mixture to the melted cheese.
    Stir in tomatoes and green chilies. Serve warm with chips.
