    Seafood: Red Lobster's Scallop Appetizer

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb. Sea Scallops
    1/3 - 1/4 lb. Bacon (thin sliced, low in salt)
    2/3 C. Butter (melted)
    1/4 C. White Wine (Chablis or Rhine)
    1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
    1/2 tsp. Paprika
    1/4 tsp. Seasoned Salt (to taste)


    Recipe

    Cut bacon in half and cut halves length wise. Wrap bacon around
    scallops and secure with a toothpick. Mix white wine and lemon juice,
    pour mixture over scallops, place in refrigerator and marinate for
    1/2 hour. Place scallops in a shallow baking dish and pour melted
    butter over scallops and sprinkle with paprika and seasoned salt.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Check
    scallops after 15 minutes, oven may be placed on broil for a few
    minutes until the bacon is crispy. Serve immediately.
