List of Ingredients

3/4 lb. sausage cooked
one package coleslaw mix (you know the premixed salad in the bag) you could make your own but this is really easy.
soy sauce to taste.
mix together and place enough to fill egg roll on each wrapper. wrap and seal with beaten egg. Deep fry. I am sorry I don't know the temp as I don't have a deep fryer just make sure the oil is hot and fry until they turn golden brown.
dip in sweet and sour sauce
