    Seafood: Tuna Appetizer

    List of Ingredients

    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
    1 can white tuna fish in water
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    3/4 c. mayonnaise

    Recipe

    Heat soup and cream cheese until soft. Stir until
    smooth. Combine tuna, pepper and onion in a separate bowl.
    Sprinkle Knox gelatin on tuna combination. Stir in mayonnaise.
    Add Knox gelatine on tuna combination. Stir in mayonnaise.
    Add soup mixture into tuna and stir. Pour into bowl or gelatin
    mold and chill for 4 hours. Serve on bagel wedge or crackers.
