1 egg white
1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream
3 c. hot coffee
sugar to taste
Recipe
In small bowl with mixer at high speed,
beat egg white until stiff peaks form; set aside.
In another small bowl with mixer at medium speed,
beat cream until soft peaks form.
Fold egg white into cream.
Spoon mixture into 4 coffee mugs or large cups.
With coffee, fill cups, stir in sugar to taste.
4 servings.
