Frozen Drink: Chilled Hot Chocolate

4 envelopes instant hot cocoa mix -- (1 ounce each)
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Recipe
1. In a blender jar, dissolve the hot cocoa mix in the warm water.
2. Add the half-and-half and ice cream, and blend on high speed until smooth
and creamy. Serve immediately.
Serving Tip: Even though this is served cold, you can still top each serving
with a few mini marshmallows, if you'd like.
