Eggnog: Coffee Eggnog

List of Ingredients
6 eggs -- separated
1 Cup powdered sugar
1 Quart half and half
4 Cups very strong black coffee -- ice cold
2 Cups light rum
1 Cup brandy
2 Cups whipping cream
nutmeg as desired
Recipe
Beat the egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.
Beat in powedered sugar. Add half & half and coffee.
Add salt, if desired. Mix well in a punch bowl. Add
Rum and Brandy. Beat egg whites to form soft peaks.
Whip cream and fold into egg whites. Fold into mixture
in punch bowl. Sprinkle nutmeg on top of eggnog.
