4 oranges
4 lemons
½ C sugar
4 quarts water
4 T tea
2 quarts boiling water
½ C honey
Recipe
Squeeze oranges and lemons. To skins and juices, add sugar and 4
quarts water. Boil together for 10 minutes. Add tea to 2 quarts
boiling water. Strain the juice mixture into the tea and steep 5
minutes. Strain and add honey. Refrigerate when cool. When ready
to serve, pour over ice cubes in tall glasses with lemon slices on
top. The mixture is cloudy from orange and lemon skins, which gave
the delicious flavor.
