    2 cups lemon sherbet
    1 small can frozen lemonade concentrate (6 oz)
    3 cups water
    1 t. lemon zest

    Recipe



    Combine all the ingredients in blender and blend on high speed for 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Serve at once.
    Serves 6 to 8
