    Tea, Iced: Fruity Mint Tea

    List of Ingredients

    1 quart water
    1 cup loosely packed fresh mint
    8 regular size tea bags
    1 can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (6 oz)
    1 can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (6 oz)
    2 cups cold water

    Recipe

    Heat 1 quart water and 1 cup mint leaves in a small pan just until water
    begins to boil. Remove from heat; add tea bags. Cover and steep 5 minutes. Remove
    tea bags, squeezing gently. Pour mixture through a wire mesh strainer into a
    pitcher. Add concentrates and 2 cups cold water, stirring until concentrate
    dissolves. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve over ice.
