2 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. root beer extract
1 tsp. dry yeast
lukewarm water
Recipe
In a gallon jug with a tight fitting lid, combine
sugar, extract and yeast. Add enough lukewarm water
to fill jug. Mix well. Let stand 6 hours at room
temperature with loose lid. Tighten lid and chill
in refrigerator overnight.
