3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup natural instant malted milk
4 cups chocolate ice cream (1 quart)
Recipe
In 5 cup blender container, combine milk and instant malted milk. Blend at
medium speed, stopping blender frequently to scrape sides until instant malted
milk is dissolved (30-40 seconds). Add ice cream; continue blending, stopping
blender frequently to scrape sides, until smooth, (30-40 seconds) Serve at
once.
Variations: Chocolate Rasperry: Prepare chocolate malt as directed above. By
hand, stir in 1 cup sweetened raspberries.
Chocolate Mint Cookie Malt: Prepare chocolate malt as directed above. Blend
in 12 crushed chocolate mint sandwich cookies.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Malt: Prepare chocolate malt as directed above. Blend
in 1 cup peanut butter.
Chocolate Almond Malt: Prepare chocolate malt as directed above. Blend in 1
t. almond extract. By hand, stir in 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips. Makes
5 cups
