1 pint fresh strawberries
4 cups cold tea
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
ice cubes
Recipe
Set aside five whole strawberries. Puree the rest in a blender; strain
into a pitcher. Stir in tea, sugar and lemon juice until sugar
dissolves. Chill. Serve over ice; garnish with the whole berries.
Yield: 5 servings.
