    Tea, Iced: Mint Citrus Tea

    List of Ingredients

    4 black tea bags
    8 sprigs fresh mint (apple, pineapple, spearmint-can mix)
    1 quart boiling water
    2/3 cup lemon juice
    1/3 cup orange juice
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    3 cups hot water

    Recipe

    Place tea bags, mint, and boiling water in a pan or bowl. Allow to
    set for 15 minutes. Mix all other ingredients in another container.
    Mix together, serve over ice. Yields 1/2 gallon.
