1 1/2 c apple juice (2 apples juiced)*
1/2 lemon juiced, peeled if using juice machine
1-2-inch chunk gigngerroot, juiced or grated
8 fresh mint leaves, rinsed
6 ice cubes
Recipe
Pour the apple, lemon and ginger juices (or grated ginger) into blender and add the mint and ic. Blend on hiogh speed until smmoth and serve immediately.
*If you don't have a juice machine, and you are using commerical apple juice, get unsweetened and hand squeeze the lemon and grate the gingerroot and add to the blender.
