    List of Ingredients




    1 cup cold brewed double strength coffee
    1 banana
    1 container vanilla lowfat yogurt (8 oz)
    2 t. sugar
    1/4 cup ice cubes

    Recipe



    Place all of the ingredients in a blender container. Cover. Blend on high
    speed until smooth. Pour into tall glasses. Serve at once. Makes 2 servings
