Spiced Cocoa Tea

List of Ingredients
2 bags black tea (regular or decaf)
1 cup boiling water
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
whipped cream
Recipe
Place the tea bags in a small pan and pour boiling water over
bags. Cover and allow to stand 5 minutes, then discard tea bags.
Stir in the sugar and cocoa. Cook over medium heat and bring to
boil while stirring frequently. Stir in milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and the
nutmeg. Heat through and pour into 6 mugs. Garnish with whipped
cream and a dash of cinnamon on top.
