Starbuck's Frozen Frappuccino

In a blender combine:
1 c. ice (or to taste)
1/2 c. skim milk
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
2 packs Splenda (or your choice of no-cal sweetener to taste)
single or double shot of espresso or strong coffee
Recipe
Pour into a tall glass, dust with cinnamon or cocoa and serve
with a straw. Makes 1 drink with just 50 calories. Refrigerate
the extra coffee. This is a copycat recipe for the frozen drink
prepared at Starbucks coffee shops, which is different from the
bottled milk drink found in stores. If you're not counting
calories, substitute Hershey's Lite or regular chocolate syrup
to taste instead of the cocoa and Splenda.
