Soft as a Cloud Sour Cream Biscuits

List of Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup half and half
Recipe
Combine first four ingredients. Stir well. Combine sour cream and half and
half. Add the sour cream mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir with a fork until
dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough on to a lightly floured surface.
Knead lightly 4 or 5 times. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with floured 2
inch biscuit cutter. Place biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425
degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Yield 10 biscuits
