5 ozs corn muffin mix
1 egg
3 1/2 Tbsps milk
2 3/4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
3 1/2 Tbsps shredded cheddar cheese





Recipe



Preheat snack machine. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in cooked bacon and cheese. Spoon a portion of batter into a lightly oiled or buttered snack machine. Close cover and cook 5 minutes, or until browned and cooked throughout.
