List of Ingredients
1 C warm water
2 T yeast
½ C sugar
1/3 C oil
2 eggs, beaten
4 C self-rising flour*
*(or regular flour with 2 tsp salt and 2 T baking powder added)
Recipe
Combine water and yeast until dissolved. Add sugar, oil, eggs. Stir in flour. Knead until smooth. Form into desired shape, let rise until doubles. Bake at 350 until golden brown, time according to size of loaf.

Sweet Whole Wheat Bread
3 C whole wheat flour
1/3 C honey
1 T salt
¼ C margarine + 3 T melted margarine
2 T yeast
2 ¼ C warm water
3-4 C white flour
mix whole wheat flour, honey, salt, ¼ C margarine, and yeast. Add warm water. Beat with mixer 3 minutes, scraping as you go. Beat medium speed 1 minute. Stir in enough white flour to make dough easy to handle. Turn onto floured surface. Knead 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl and rise until doubled (about 45 minutes). Grease 2 loaf pans. Punch down and divide in half. Make round loaves of dough and place in loaf pan. Cover and rise 45 minutes.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover with foil last 20 minutes if loaves become too brown.
