Buttermilk Cornbread

1 1/3 cups cornmeal
3/4 cup flour
4 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup sour cream
2 large eggs
1/4 cup olive oil
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 450. Grease a heavy 9 inch ovenproof skillet or a 9" x
9" baking pan; set aside.
Place the greased pan in the oven to heat.
In a large bowl, stir together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder,
salt, and baking soda. In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk,
sour cream, eggs, and olive oil. Make a well in the center of the dry
ingredients and stir until just combined. Don't overmix.
Remove the hot pan from the oven, pour in the batter, and return the pan to
the oven. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean,
about 20 minutes.
