Buttery Homemade Crackers

1 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper (can also use poultry seasoning, chili powder, or garlic
powder)
5 T. butter
1/4 C. half & half
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Stir together flour, baking powder, seasoned salt & pepper. Using two
knives or a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Stir
in half & half all at once. On lightly floured surface, knead dough
gently for about 10-12 strokes. Roll out 1/4 inch thick. Cut with
floured 2 inch round cookie cutter or other small shape. Bake for 10
minutes on greased baking sheet. Split crackers open. With cut sides up,
bake an additional 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
