5 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
6 tablespoons butter melted
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon



Recipe



In a mixing bowl cream 5 tablespoons butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Add egg and
mix well. Add milk to the mixture alternately with the flour which has been
mixed with the salt and nutmeg. Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at
350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. While hot roll in melted butter and then
in cinnamon sugar.

Makes 1 dozen.
