Honey Wheat Bread

List of Ingredients
3 cups whole wheat flour -- divided
3/4 cup all-purpose flour ( up to 1 cup) -- divided
2 cups warm reconstituted dry milk -- *see Note
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 package active dry yeast
3/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
Combine half of flour, warm (not hot) milk, honey, oil, yeast and salt. With
electric mixer, beat well about 2 minutes. Add remaining flours; mix well.
Place dough in well-greased Bread 'n Cake Bake Pan; cover. Let stand
5 minutes. Place pan in 3 1/2- or 5-qt. CROCK POT Slow Cooker. Cover and
bake on HIGH 2 to 3 hours.
Remove pan and uncover. Let stand 5 minutes. Unmold and serve warm.
