1 package yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 TB sugar
1 TB salt
4 cups flour
1 eggRecipe
Combine yeast, water, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in flour. Knead on a table until the dough is smooth. Shape dough, using water to "glue" two parts together. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
