    List of Ingredients




    1 1 /2 cup sugar
    3/4 cup Land O Lakes sweet butter, softened
    3 eggs
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
    3 cup all purpose flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice*
    1 cup chopped walnuts of pecans

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350F. In large mixer bowl combine sugar, butter and
    eggs. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture is
    light and fluffy(1-2 minutes). Add pumpkin and bananas; continue
    beating until well mixed(1-2 mins). Mixture will have a curdled
    appearance. Add remaining ingredients; mix until moistened. Spread
    into 2 greased 8 x 4 loaf pans. Bake 50-60 minutes or until wooden
    pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 5 mins;
    remove and cool on racks.

    Note: 9 x 5 pans should bake for 40-50mins.

    * or substitute 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. ginger, 1/8 tsp each of
    nutmeg and cloves.
