Pumpkin Bread II

List of Ingredients
2 1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
2 tsps baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 c flour
15 ounces pumpkin puree
4 eggs -- beaten
3/4 c oil
1 c orange juice
1/2 c chopped walnuts -- optional
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325F degrees. Grease and flour two 9x5
loaf pans, or just line them with waxed/parchment paper.
Sift together dry ingredients into large bowl. Stir in
pumpkin puree. In another bowl, combine remaining
ingredients. Pour into sifted mixture. Stir all together
with wooden spoon. Pour into prepared pans. Bake for
1 1/4 hours.
