    Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bread

    List of Ingredients




    2 & 1/2 cups sugar
    1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup margarine
    4 eggs
    2 cups fresh or frozen pumpkin
    3 & 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

    Recipe



    Combine sugar, softened cream cheese and margarine, mixing until
    well blended. Add eggs, on at a time, mixing well after each
    addition. Blend in pumpkin. Add combined dry ingredients, mixing
    just until moistened. Fold in nuts, if desired. Pour into six
    greased and floured mini-loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45
    minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans.
