    3 beaten eggs
    1 cup vegetable oil
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 cups mashed, undrained strawberries
    3 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup chopped nuts

    Recipe



    In large mixing bowl, mix beaten eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Beat.
    Add strawberries. In separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients and
    gradually add to strawberry mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour in 2 greased loaf
    pans and bake for 60 minutes at 325 degrees.

    I have frozen this and it comes out just as yummy as when it was fresh.
