    2 packages FLEISCHMANN'S Active Dry Yeast
    1 teaspoon honey
    2 cups lukewarm water
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
    1/2 cup minced onion
    1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 1/2 to 7 cups all-purpose flour, divided

    Recipe



    Add water, honey, salt, bread flour, Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese,
    onion, hot red pepper flakes and yeast to bread machine pan in the order
    suggested by manufacturer. Select dough/manual cycle. When cycle is complete,
    remove dough from machine. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Divide dough into 6
    equal pieces. Roll each piece into an oval. Place rolls in greased 9x9-inch
    square baking pan. Cover and let rise in warm, draft-free place about 30
    minutes, or until almost doubled. Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven 20
    minutes, or until done. Remove from pan and let cool on wire rack.
