Breakfast Bread: Blueberry Swirl Sour Cream Bread

List of Ingredients

2/3 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
¼ cup butter
2 large eggs
2 tsp grated lemon or orange rind
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp baking soda
1/3 cup brown sugar
4 cups bread flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 ¼ tsp breadmachine yeast
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
½ cup dried blueberries (optional)




Recipe

Add all ingredients except blueberries to machine according to
recommendations. Select Sweet or Basic White Cycle. Add blueberries at
signal. Don't be alarmed when dough becomes quite soft and sticky after
adding berries.
