Breakfast Bread: Blueberry & Cream Cheese Bread

Recipe Introduction
You can substitute raspberries, strawberries or blackberries for blueberries
List of Ingredients
8 oz. Cream cheese 2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter, softened 2 eggs
1 cup lukewarm water 1 1/2 tsp salt
4 cups bread flour 2 tsp active dry yeast
2 cups blueberries
Recipe
1. Combine all ingredients, except blueberries in bread pan. Process on
fruit and nut setting.
2. Add the blueberries at the beep. Bake in breadmachine.
OR
1. Combine all ingredients except blueberries in bread pan. Process on dough
setting. When cycle is complete, turn dough out onto well floured surface.
2. Transfer dough to lightly oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let
rise in warm place for 1 hour or till doubled.
3. Carefully fold blueberries into risen dough until evenly incorporated.
Turn out onto lightly floured surface.
4. Form into round loaf.
5. Lightly butter or oil 10 inch square baking pan with sides at least 2
inches high and dust with bread flour.
6. Place loaf seam side down in pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in
warm place for 20 minutes or till doubled.
7. Preheat oven to 400. Uncover loaf and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or till
dark brown.
8. Let loaf cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn out onto rack to finish cooling.
