Bread: Bread Machine Cheese and Onion Bread

List of Ingredients

1 cup water
1 tbsp oil
3/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 cups bread Flour
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp dried onion flakes
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1/3 cup cubed cheddar cheese
3/4 tsp bread machine yeast



Recipe

SELECT loaf size. ADD ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's
directions. SELECT WHITE cycle.

Quick Note: Why not use old cheddar for the best flavour? You can replace
basil with dill weed or onion flakes with chopped chives for more great
taste.
