    1 c. water [lukewarm to melt honey]
    1 T. olive oil
    1 T. honey
    1 t. salt
    1 t. sugar
    3 c. bread flour
    2 1/2 t. yeast

    Recipe



    Mix water, oil and honey with soft spatula then add dry ingredients.
    1.5 lb. loaf.
