    Bread: Buttermilk White Bread

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup buttermilk
    3 tablespoons honey
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon butter or margarine
    3 cups (or so) bread flour
    2 1/4 tsp. (or 1 pkg.) dry yeast

    Recipe


    Place all ingredients into your bread pan in order suggested by your
    manufacturer. Set on light crust. regular cycle or optional sweet bread cycle
    After baking, remove from pan and cool on rack 1 hour before slicing.
