    Bread: Cheese Bread

    3/4 cup milk
    1/2 cup water
    1 egg
    4 cups bread flour
    1 2/3 cups shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
    3 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/4 teaspoons yeast

    Recipe

    Add the ingredients to the machine according to the manufacturer's directions.
    Select the basic white bread cycle. If available, try the light-crust color
