    Breakfast Bread: Chocolate Crumb Bread

    List of Ingredients

    Bubble Sweet Dough
    1 cup milk
    1 extra large egg
    2 tbsp butter
    1 tsp vanilla
    ½ tsp salt
    4 tbsp sugar
    3 ½ cups bread flour
    2 ¼ tsp breadmachine yeast
    Chocolate Crumb
    1 cup finely crushed chocolate cookie crumbs
    ¼ cup sugar
    ½ tsp cinnamon
    4 tbsp butter, melted


    Recipe

    Add sweet dough ingredients to bread pan and select Dough Cycle. When ready,
    punch dough down and let rest 10-15 minutes.

    Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan or angel food cake pan. Combine cookie
    crumbs, sugar and cinnamon in large bowl. Divide dough into 32 equal pieces.
    Add dough and melted butter to the cookie crumb mixture and toss to coat.
    Evenly layer covered dough pieces into prepared pan and let rise, uncovered,
    until doubled approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    Preheat oven to 350. Bake 45-50 minutes or till golden brown. Cool in pan
    on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.
