Bread: Golden Egg Bread

List of Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 Tbsp gluten
3 Tbsp Sue Bee Honey
2 eggs
6 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup warm water
Optional:
For almond bread add 1 tsp of almond extract and 3/4 cup slivered
almonds.
For holiday bread add 2 to 3 drops of red food coloring for
Christmas or Valentine's Day or 2 to 3 drops of green food coloring
for St. Patrick's Day.
