    Breakfast Bread: Sweet Orange Bread

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 cup wate
    2 tbsp water
    1 egg white
    2 tbsp orange juice
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 tbsp applesauce or margarin
    2 cups bread flour
    1 1/2 tbsp instant dry milk powder
    3 tbsp sugar
    1/4 tsp orange peel
    1 1/2 tsp rapid rise yeast

    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients according to manufacturer's directions. Process in
    regular -- delayed, or rapid bake cycle.
