Amish Apple Pancakes

List of Ingredients
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 T. butter
Recipe
In a mixer or blender, beat flour, milk, eggs, vanilla, salt, and
nutmeg. Set aside.
Heat oven to 475.
In a cast iron skillet add 2 T. butter and melt.
Add sliced apples, and fry 2-3 mins.
Pour mixture over apples.
Bake at 475, for 15 mins.
Reduce heat to 425, for 8-10 mins.
Sprinkle with confectionary sugar. Cut in wedges.
Serve with syrup or jam, and bacon.
