    1 cup sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 cups apple cider or apple juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 cup butter or margarine

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients, except butter, in medium sauce pan;
    stir. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat. Add butter and stir
    to smooth. Makes 3 1/4 cups.
