List of Ingredients
One 12-ounce package buttermilk biscuits
3/4 cup of your favorite jam or preserves
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (you can leave this out, but if you use apple
jelly it
is really good!)
Recipe
Grease 10 cups in a muffin pan. Separate the biscuits and then cut each
biscuit into three pieces, placing the three pieces of each one in one
of
the greased cups in the pan. Press the three pieces together to form a
bowl
or flower. Combine the jam and cinnamon; placing a scant tablespoon in
the
center of each biscuit bowl. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes at 375
degrees.
(Until the biscuits are light brown.) Serve warm.
