1 lb. Sausage
1-8 oz. pkg. Crescent Rolls
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Grated Parmesean
6 Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Milk
3/4 tsp. Oregano
1/8 tsp. Pepper
Recipe
Cook the sausage and drain the fat. Place the crescent rolls in
bottom of 13x9 pan. Press rolls together to form a crust. Bake at 375
degrees for 5 minutes. Crust will be puffy. Take it out of the oven,
and pour sausage over the top. Mix the rest of ingredients in a bowl,
and then pour mix on top of the sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for
30-35 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
