Crust for a 2 crust pie (from most any cook book)
jam
glaze
Recipe
Roll out pie crust, squaring it as much as possible. Cut
into squares (a pizza cutter works well), then put a
small amount of jam on half the squares. Cover with
the remaining squares, then crimp the edges with a fork,
and poke holes in four rows with the fork. Bake at 400 F
for about 10-15 minutes. Cool, top with a standard
sugar glaze.
