    2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 Tablespon plus 1 teaspoon baking powder
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 12 Tbs sugar
    2 large eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 cups milk
    3/4 cup vegetable oil

    Recipe



    1 Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
    2 Combine eggs, milk, and oil; add to flour mixture, stirring with a wire
    3 whisk just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    4 Cook in a preheated, oiled waffle iron until golden.
